Qualifications

• Moderate computer skills and familiarity with business systems.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or in person (counter sales).
• Influences pricing within allowed parameters to support profitability.
• Builds relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Ensures inventory levels support customer needs and coordinates shipping methods.
• Handles returns and expedites backorders as needed.
