Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate order status and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process orders/changes per department policies.
• Expedite orders and provide lead-time information via calls and email.
• Enter orders daily and generate acknowledgements.
• Maintain professional communications with customers.
• Identify delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Track orders in the MRP system and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Production, Sales, and Purchasing.
• Support continuous improvement of shipping, inventory, and processes.
• Assist in training and maintain documentation.
