Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers and internal teams, handling order processing, inquiries, and service coordination to ensure a smooth, positive experience.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics, maintain accurate records, assist with invoicing, and support general administrative tasks while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and track customer orders accurately.
• Assist with invoicing, billing questions, and order status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Support general administrative tasks as needed.
