Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year in business administration or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of order-entry database systems; QAD experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shared Customer Service inbox and triage inquiries.
• Follow up with customers on open orders and inquiries to support timely resolution.
• Support pricing updates for open orders; contact customers and update records.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and perform data entry, PO revisions, and system checks.
• Upload and manage customer purchase orders in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Planning, Scheduling, and cross-functional teams on expedites and prioritization.
• Support backlog management with status updates and communication.
• Complete administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
