Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience equivalent to a BA/BS.
• Five years of customer service experience required.
• Two years of management and leadership experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of customer service leadership in food service distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and direct daily activities of customer contact associates.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure timely, accurate responses to managers and customers.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of team members.
• Manage daily operations and scheduling of the customer contact team.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve experience and sales.
