Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, operations, order management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or BI tools preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily customer service activities including order management and inquiries.
• Respond to customer needs in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
• Coordinate resolution of escalated customer concerns across internal teams.
• Monitor order flow and identify risks to commitments.
• Develop and analyze reports and dashboards on customer service performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as order backlog, on-time delivery, order accuracy, and response times.
• Translate data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service excellence.
