Job summary
HID Global Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Cypress, CA to support daily service activities, analyze data, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, and Logistics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in customer service or related fields, strong Excel and ERP experience, and proficiency with BI tools to translate data into actionable insights and improvements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Order Management, Business Analysis, or related functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support daily customer service activities including order management, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer needs promptly and in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning and Logistics to communicate updates and resolve issues.
- Develop and analyze reports and dashboards related to customer service performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as order backlog, on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
