Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for a part-time role in Indianapolis. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, manage the register, and help with merchandising and cleanliness.

You will be cross-trained to switch between cashier and front-end duties as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and general neatness.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
