Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations from merchandising to front-end duties, ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping environment and friendly interactions with customers and teammates.

You’ll assist with receiving merchandise, stocking, and operating the cash register, while maintaining cash security and completing duties with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related environments preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent mobility and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading freight, and processing freight per safety and productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store areas including restrooms and floors.
• Support customers with positive, friendly interactions and assist at the cash register.
• Manage sales transactions and ensure cash security.
• Protect company assets and assist with front-end duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
