Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments; promote VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS Omni channel processes and store replenishment.
• Support safety, SOPs, and company policies; maintain a well-merchandised store.
