State Farm Insurance Agent located in Cooper City, FL is seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for FRANK WALKER - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
