Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (mileage reimbursed).
• Willingness to travel between multiple properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
