Job summary

EXOS in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee member services across fitness and JCC programs, ensuring exceptional satisfaction. You will lead by example, supervise staff, and implement best practices for a welcoming member experience, coordinating with department managers, sales and operations to support retention.

You will recruit, train, and develop the Customer Service Desk team, optimize desk operations, and deliver ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service leadership and supervision.
• CPR/FA certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service at main entry for the JCC.
• Recruit, train, and develop the Customer Service Desk Team.
• Ensure smooth desk operations and accountability for service standards.
• Coordinate with department managers to promote programs and cross-sell.
• Deliver ongoing customer service trainings for staff.
• Assist members with membership changes and program inquiries.
• Provide scheduling support for ancillary services.
• Keep desk area clean and stocked with flyers and items.
• Update safety guidelines and logs as needed.
