Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Manager (Manufacturing) position include:

• 5+ years of customer service, account management, operations, or manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in precision manufacturing, medical, semiconductor, or aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
• ERP system experience required; Epicor experience is a plus
• Lead all customer service activities and customer-facing communications
• Oversee order management, order accuracy, acknowledgments, and customer requirements within the ERP system
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure customer commitments are met
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop customer service personnel while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Salary

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
