Job summary

Mountain West Bank is seeking a Customer Service Support Lead in Meridian, ID. This full-time role (37 hours/week) requires you to ensure best-in-class service while coordinating with branches and departments. Promotion opportunities include Assistant Manager and Department Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising, assisting with complex products, and maintaining confidentiality. Hours fall between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years banking experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Clear communication and top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and actively promotes the bank's core beliefs, core values, and customer service standards.
• Provides exceptional customer service with enthusiasm, empathy, and compassion.
• Assist Customer Support Specialists and approve limit increases within authority.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with QA and leadership on support metrics and improvements.
• Assist customers with questions about personal finances and bank products.
