Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Travel to Wichita, Kansas during the first week of employment for training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to execute sales management routines, including daily coaching, weekly team meetings, monthly check-ins, and quarterly performance coaching.
• Provide visible on-site leadership and manage daily workflow of 2–4 retail bank employees.
• Participate in hiring, compensation, scheduling, and performance management decisions.
• Implement and ensure adherence to bank operating procedures and protocols.
• Coach and develop team members for current duties and future growth.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and banking services to meet client needs.
• Help achieve budgeted targets for deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Maintain high-quality production and minimize risk exposure.
