Job summary

Partner with the Branch Manager on sales routines, scheduling, hiring decisions, and performance coaching, while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to Wichita, KS for training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Branch Manager to implement sales routines, coaching, and team meetings.
• Provide on-site leadership and manage daily workflow for 2–4 retail staff.
• Participate in hiring, compensation decisions, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to bank operating procedures and policies.
• Coach and develop team for current duties and future growth.
• Support growth of net income through cross-selling and referrals.
• Maintain superior customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Perform teller duties as needed and approve transactions within authority.
