Job summary

ITT Enidine Incorporated in Westminster, SC, seeks a Manager of Customer Service to lead daily Customer Service and Order Entry operations. You will oversee order processing, pricing inquiries, returns, and distributor program administration, while mentoring a cross-functional team and collaborating with Sales and Engineering.

The role emphasizes HR activities, performance management, and process improvements to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred) or equivalent from a 4-year college/university OR 4-8 years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective leader and communicator (internal and external).
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Customer Service and Order Entry.
• Supervise distributor/customer inquiries, order processing, expedites, credits, returns and pricing.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive ERP maintenance and upkeep.
• Interface with customers to design application-specific solutions and provide technical assistance.
• Train and guide CSR staff and mediate between sales, operations, and accounting.
