Multi-Color Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations, including Dawsonville, GA and Tyrone, PA. You will drive service excellence, improve delivery and quality, and collaborate with sales and operations to meet demand.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong manufacturing knowledge, and travel within North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel within North America.
• Experience in customer service management is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and model customer intimacy; drive customer-focused solutions.
• Strengthen plant relationships with customers; ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
• Build and manage a high-performing customer service team.
• Establish and monitor service and shipping metrics (on-time delivery, responses, NPS).
• Provide input on capacity planning to meet fluctuating demand.
• Oversee order-entry processes and communicate production estimates.
