This manager is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and operational execution of a large center. This individual leads Managers and their teams to achieve customer service, operational, and talent objectives while ensuring consistent execution of company standards across the center in Gwinnett County.

The ideal candidate is a highly visible, hands-on leader who spends significant time on the floor, develops strong Managers, uses data to identify performance opportunities, and holds teams accountable for delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to ensure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
• Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
• Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
• Hands on leadership--A must
• Work seamlessly with corporate and executive leadership

Qualifications

• Has run large retail operations at the District level
• 10+ years' of customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
