Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service team to meet objectives.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, staffing, and prioritization of customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated throughout manufacturing and meet service levels.
• Provide hands-on support for complex orders and scheduling conflicts.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and coverage.
