Canteen, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Customer Service & Manager of Technicians in Tallahassee, FL to lead a team of field technicians, installers and drivers responsible for maintenance, repair, installation of vending/coffee equipment and route operations. You will drive service quality and customer satisfaction.

The role combines hands-on leadership with operational excellence, ensuring safe, efficient service, timely ticket closure, and collaboration with internal partners to

Qualifications

• Prior management or team leadership experience is required.
• Technical familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.
• Experience with computerized work order or maintenance management systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong decision making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of field technicians, installers and drivers responsible for maintenance, repair and installation of vending/coffee equipment and route operations.
• Lead, coach and develop staff to ensure strong performance and accountability.
• Monitor service tickets, reports, and documentation for timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and enhance service quality.
