Coastal Dry Cleaners in Baldwin County, Alabama is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative / Store Manager to join our team. This hands-on role combines daily store operations with delivering the friendly, professional service we're known for.

You will greet customers, manage garment intake, enter orders, answer the phone, resolve issues, monitor inventory, and collaborate with our production team.

Full-Time Position

Coastal Dry Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Store Manager to join our team!

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their workplace. You'll help manage the daily operations of the store while making sure every customer receives the friendly, professional service we're known for.

A strong customer-service mindset is a MUST for this position.

What You'll Do
