Job summary

Champion Cleaners in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our busy shop. You will greet customers, process orders, and support the management team while delivering the BEST quality in dry cleaning, laundry, and service.

This role requires face-to-face customer interaction, accuracy with garments in our software, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to meet high-volume demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail or cashier experience preferred
• Physical demands: Required to stand; walk and frequently lift
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Talks with customers, primarily face to face.
• Receives incoming orders.
• Completes transaction for outgoing orders
• Records information into the computer for customer service.
• Follows all correct procedures and guidelines.
• Properly inventories and sorts items.
• Immediately inform management of shortages or customer complaints.
• Assumes responsibility for all components of the job from start to finish.
