Job Description:

The Customer Service Manager will lead daily customer support activities while driving service excellence and operational improvements.   • Experience utilizing customer support software, ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or similar technology.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting customer service metrics.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
