Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market in Oakwood, OH is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front End Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Front End, including cashiering, bagging, and Guest Services. This full-time role requires some evening shifts as well as weekend availability.

You will hire, train, and develop Front End staff, delegate tasks, supervise scheduling, and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly while upholding our company culture and core values.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer issues and inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Effectively delegate tasks in order to promote efficient operations.
• Build a strong team while demonstrating servant leadership.
• Serve as a positive role model for our Cashiers and Carry-outs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of department staff.
• Oversee scheduling for the Front End and collaborate with other departments when help is needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
