Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market in Oakwood, OH is seeking friendly associates to deliver Honestly Better service at the checkout and throughout the store. You’ll assist customers with purchases, bag groceries, and may help bring purchases to their car during busy times.

We value a positive attitude, clear communication, and reliability. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and weekend availability; flexible schedules and associate discounts are part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

These very important positions are our last chance to interact with our customers, so it’s an opportunity to make them feel welcomed and satisfied that they chose to shop at Dorothy Lane Market. These positions do require standing for long periods of time, braving the elements while helping customers to their car with purchases, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Due to the nature of our busy times, some weekend availability is a must in this position.

Qualifications

• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
