Starting Pay: $17.00 Hourly
Responsible for overseeing, leading, and achieving sales goals for the sales floor at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates. Manages daily store operations, leads the team, and drives business growth. Key responsibilities include building, leading, and retaining motivated, high-performing teams through effective leadership of Retail Sales Associates.
