Oak Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an on-site Center Manager for a large retail operation in Gwinnett County. You will guide Managers and teams to meet customer service, operational, and talent objectives while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, spends significant time on the floor, uses data to identify performance opportunities, and holds teams accountable for delivering results. Strong communication and district-level experience are required.
