Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee to develop on-the-job leadership skills in our state-of-the-art call center. You will guide and coach a team of customer service representatives to deliver legendary service and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
