Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a customer-focused Rental Associate to assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services. You will use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and educate customers on solutions.

You will also prepare invoices, handle returns, install hitches and trailer wiring, and participate in ongoing U-Haul University training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
