Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Simpsonville, SC to act as a liaison between internal sales, supply chain, quality, production and external customers.

The role emphasizes leadership in issue resolution, structured communication and top-tier service. Responsibilities include managing the customer portal, handling RFQs, quoting within 24 hours, ensuring order accuracy, processing POs, and coordinating engineering changes and RMAs.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain customer portal for quotes, POs and quality notifications.
• Review RFQ submissions to ensure documentation is complete before escalation.
• Create and submit quotes within 24 hours after BD approval; negotiate pricing with customer.
• Verify orders align with quotes/contracts; resolve discrepancies with customer.
• Submit POs for contract review and track delays; provide customer acknowledgement within 24 hours.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests and communicate impact to customer.
• Inform customers of delivery delays and provide recovery plans.
• Process RMA requests following guidelines; communicate any applicable charges.
• Provide supporting docs to finance for debit/credit reconciliation.
• Share knowledge with team and cross-train on key accounts.
• Resolve scorecard discrepancies to ensure accurate supplier ratings.
