Job summary

Kinrise is seeking a part-time Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to manage orders, coordinate transport and support export operations for our Australian snack foods portfolio. The role partners with Sales, Manufacturing and 3PLs to deliver on-time, in-full service.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments, with strong problem solving, communication and multitasking skills. This permanent part-time role covers 30.4 hours per week across multiple tasks including NZ export

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management or sales support in FMCG.
• Experience using customer portals and coordinating with 3PL partners is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately for non-EDI customers and portals.
• Coordinate transport bookings, stock movements and documentation.
• Support NZ export shipments, including container bookings and paperwork.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve issues and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Planning to optimise dispatch plans.
