As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts. This full-time role is non-exempt and located at 1283 Broad Street, Augusta, GA. Monthly bonuses up to $1300, paid training and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, people, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work beyond standard hours to meet goals.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Process loan applications and payments.
• Answer questions about accounts and loan options.
• Help customers find solutions for past-due accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with the team to meet branch goals.
