Uline is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee in Kenosha, WI. This full-time program offers hands-on leadership training in our state-of-the-art call center to empower reps and deliver legendary service, with shifts available across a 24/7 operation.

Pay starts at $29–$34 per hour with strong growth and earning potential, plus comprehensive benefits. Bachelor’s degree and customer-focused mindset are required, with leadership experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.
• Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
