Job summary

Indelco Plastics is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead daily customer service and inside sales support for its industrial plastics distribution business. You will supervise the team responsible for order entry, quotations, pricing support, and issue resolution, working closely with outside sales, branch operations, and procurement to ensure accurate, timely service and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in customer service leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience coordinating with sales, operations, and procurement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team to meet KPIs.
• Oversee order entry, quotations, and pricing support.
• Ensure timely, accurate order processing and issue resolution.
