Indelco Plastics is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead daily customer service and inside sales support for CRTG's industrial plastics distribution business in Minneapolis, MN. You will drive exceptional service, improve processes, and collaborate across functions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires leading a team, managing orders, quotes, pricing, and CRM systems while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial distribution, plastics, manufacturing, or customer service management.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team.
• Oversee order entry, maintenance, processing, and fulfillment.
• Manage quotes, pricing, and contract pricing activities.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and operations for issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, quote turnaround, and on-time processing.
