Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a grocery retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading employees and delivering strong customer experiences.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or onboarding.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Front End and customer-service areas.
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and efficient experience for every customer.
• Coach employees to meet service expectations and maintain leadership presence.
• Oversee cash-handling procedures and Front End controls.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and develop Front End staff.
• Coordinate breaks, coverage, and daily Front End assignments.
• Manage recruiting for all store departments and onboarding of new hires.
• Develop recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified applicants.
