Job summary

Pep Boys in Spring, TX seeks a Customer Service Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead daily service center operations. The CSL will perform advanced Customer Service Advisor duties, act as key holder, and serve as the on-site leader when management is unavailable.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, with responsibilities across service interactions, problem resolution, and supporting technicians and management on shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Customer Service Advisor duties at an advanced level.
• Act as key holder responsible for opening/closing the store as scheduled.
• Lead on-site when management is not present.
• Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors.
• Support interviewing and evaluating candidates.
