Job summary

The Pep Boys Manny Moe & Jack LLC in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Customer Service Lead (CSL) who combines exceptional customer service with leadership and operational accountability.

You will mentor teammates, support daily service center operations, open/close the store as scheduled, and serve as on-site leader when management is absent. The role emphasizes driving sales, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of service industry experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Customer Service Advisor duties and model exceptional service.
• Act as key holder, opening/closing the service center as scheduled.
• Lead on duty when the Service Center Manager is not present.
• Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors.
• Assist management with interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Partner with technicians to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.
• Promote safety, compliance, and a collaborative team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
