Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to act as the on‑duty manager when senior leaders aren’t present. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure adherence to GO Car Wash policies. This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position.

Based in Schertz, TX, you’ll lead by example, greet customers, promote memberships, and coach teammates, with opportunities to advance into leadership as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll step into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. Compensation

Customer Service Leads generally earn $13.50 per hour, which includes a base pay of $11.50 per hour plus an average of $2.00 per hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more.
