Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring a Sales Advisor Lead to take a leadership position on site, acting as the manager on duty when senior leaders aren’t present. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure policies are followed, with a clear path toward a Team Leader role.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales expertise, and the ability to coach teammates while maintaining a safe, efficient car wash environment. Base pay includes commissions and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash per standard procedures.
• Lead by example to greet customers and use sales scripts for memberships.
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash and educate customers on the process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Assist with coaching teammates and ensuring safety and adherence to scripts.

About The Role

As a Sales Advisor Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed. This is a developmental role designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Opening and closing the car wash according to GO’s standard operating procedures.
• Leading by example by greeting customers warmly and utilizing sales scripts to drive membership sales.
• Guiding vehicles safely into the car wash and educating customers on our wash process.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the site to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Addressing customer issues, escalating to leadership if needed, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assisting with team coaching, ensuring all teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to connect with customers and promote our membership packages.
• Ability to handle day-to-day site operations and resolve customer issues independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role by working closely with site managers.
• Energy and stamina to stand, move, and engage with customers and teammates for extended periods.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

Compensation

Our Sales Advisor Leads generally earn $13.50 per hour, which includes base pay of $11.50/hour with an average of $2.00/hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more!
