Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to step into a leadership role as the on-duty manager when senior leaders aren’t present. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure policies are followed.

This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position, with opportunities to advance, sales training, and a supportive team, including health benefits and paid time off.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role, serving as the manager on duty when our Team Leaders, AGMs, or GMs are not present. Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

Compensation

Our Customer Service Leads generally earn $15.50 per hour, which includes base pay of $13.50/hour with an average of $2.00/hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more!
