Role Overview

This position involves providing exceptional customer service at the store's front end, supervising front-end activities in the absence of the Customer Service Manager, and ensuring efficient store operations to support financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately handle transactions including cash, checks, cards, refunds, and media sales in compliance with policies.
• Promptly manage return-to-stock items, prioritize perishables, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain knowledge of store products, sales promotions, and coupon deals.
• Train team members and oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products following established guidelines and adhere to safety and food safety standards.
• Support guest experience and perform additional tasks as assigned across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer use, including email and spreadsheets.
• Strong reading, writing, and interpretive skills.
• Accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis abilities.
• Experience in developing budgets, delegating tasks, and suggestive selling.
• Attention to detail and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical activities.
