Job Title: Customer Service Lead at TransCore

Company Overview: TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Lead to join our Toll-By-Plate department in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Lead will assist with revenue collection efforts within the Toll By Plate Department in our Customer Service Center. This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Compile data for revenue collection efforts.
  • Research individuals/companies with multiple accounts with significant outstanding balances.
  • Assist Financial Analysts with compliance and fraudulent account maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with Toll Enforcement Supervisors and staff, including processing appeals, image review, inbound calls, and payment plans.
Minimum Education Requirement:
  • High school diploma required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Research ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word.
