Job summary

Clopay Corporation, North America’s largest residential garage door manufacturer, seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Harrisburg Distribution Center. You will enter orders, assist with pricing and quotes, balance invoices, and audit open orders as part of daily operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site position with generous benefits and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office products.
• High school degree required; additional clerical experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person at the distribution center and by phone to enter orders under automation controls.
• Assist in pricing quotes and orders under automation system controls.
• Balance daily invoice edits and audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customer claims for credit and manage COD and open-term invoicing.
