Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Procurement or supply chain certifications are a plus.
• 1+ year procurement, purchasing, inventory control, customer service, or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities to ensure materials and inventory are available to meet customer demands.
• Review inventory forecasts, replenishment recommendations, and stock levels.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track order status, expedite shipments, and communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve supplier performance, quality, and delivery issues.
• Support inventory accuracy, returns processing, excess inventory reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Generate reports, maintain records, and monitor KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
