Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, sales, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, and account-related requests.
• Process customer orders, updates, and changes accurately while ensuring timely service.
• Maintain customer records and supporting documentation within company systems.
• Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.
