Position Overview

The Customer Service Intern provides exceptional service to customers while gaining hands‑on experience supporting day‑to‑day customer operations across multiple product lines, including e-commerce, professional turf, and contract manufacturing. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, and other internal departments to answer questions, process orders, resolve issues, and support daily administrative tasks. Through these experiences, the intern will develop a strong understanding of customer relationship management, order fulfillment processes, enterprise systems, and the importance of delivering a positive customer experience in a fast‑paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and account‑related requests via phone and email.
  • Process customer orders, updates, and changes accurately while ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain customer records, order information, and supporting documentation within company systems.
  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse personnel, and other internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve customer issues.
  • Address customer concerns, escalates issues when appropriate, and provide a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of customer service operations, order management processes, and enterprise business systems.
