Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Specialist I, eCommerce Logistics to coordinate and optimize fulfillment, inventory, and operations for a rapidly growing omnichannel business.

You’ll work across channels like AndersonsLawn.com, Amazon, Walmart, and more to ensure exceptional service levels and accurate inventory. You will collaborate with internal teams, marketplace partners, carriers, and 3PLs to resolve issues and drive efficient order fulfillment, supporting profitable growth and improved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in work experience.
• 1-3 years' relevant experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping across eCommerce channels and 3PL partners.
• Communicate between internal teams, marketplace partners, and fulfillment providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of marketplace fulfillment requirements and shipping processes.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and monitor stock levels across fulfillment locations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and IT teams for promotions and launches.
• Track and report metrics such as fill rates, discrepancies, order performance, and service levels.
• Support testing and maintenance of eCommerce systems, integrations, and improvements.
• Maintain records and documentation following policies and procedures.
• Escalate operational issues to senior team members when needed.
